2004-08-02 S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Intro
A job I did while in Sydney as an external freelancer. Plastic Wax approached me with a very low-res in-game model and asked me, whether I could upres it to film (cinematic) standards. The upressing was quite straight forward, but the worst part was, that they wanted to keep the UVs intact, so that they could re-use the texture layout they already had. That was a bit of a pain. After this truck, they approached me later on for doing another upressing, this time it was a Blackhawk helicopter. Same deal, same short deadline, but it was all worth it, looking at the cinematic nowdays :)
